I’m excited to share my journey and the unique blend of expertise that I bring with Talent. With a comprehensive background that spans more than just talent management, I offer a holistic approach to coaching that leverages my extensive experience across various business operations.
My Journey:
The start of my process begin early on as a teenager as I developed a passion for helping others to grow and overcome personal obstacles in their life. This passionate took on a new life when I started with Chick-fil-A in 2012, where I grew as a leader with multiple Chick-fil-A franchisee owners and learned how best to translate that passion into growing the business by equipping and developing others. Starting as a front counter worker, I experience first-hand the challenges that frontline workers face and was given the privilege to learn how to create an effective Talent system from the ground up as a Talent Director for multiple stores.
Taking that passion, I joined Chick-fil-A Inc. in their now Talent Development Program where I served as a corporate trainer where I was able to train and consult with over 500 Operators and staff members. I was blessed with opportunities from everything from designing coaching sessions and helping structure much of the redesign of the 2020 hybrid onboarding program for Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program and their first international staff. Through that time, not only did I learn how to mix high-level industry knowledge with local store-level solutions, I realized my passion for helping business by equipping their Talent could better be achieved by directly supporting them.
