How do we help?

To best address those concerns and more, my approach focuses on providing long-term support with Talent that achieves tangible results while also being sustainable and customized for you and your business. The process is simple:  the engagement is a 6-month repeatable process that combines in-person visits with virtual coaching and system creation or improvement support. Essentially, you have a personal Talent Consultant regularly supporting your business to not just give advice but also directly help you achieve your goals.

  • 2-day Talent Consultative Visit that includes assessment of business and Talent structure and systems, full instructor-led classes on leadership and talent management, 1-1 coaching and development sessions with leaders, and more
  • 1-day Follow-Through Visit with classes and workshops
  • Monthly virtual support with system creation and/or executive coaching for your leaders
